Privacy Policy — OrbitDash

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game OrbitDash ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By installing or using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

OrbitDash does not require an account and we do not ask you for your name, email, or other directly identifying information. However, the third-party services we use to show ads and measure app performance automatically collect certain technical data, which may include:

• A device advertising identifier (e.g. Google Advertising ID / AD_ID).
• Device and technical information (device model, operating system version, language, country, network type, IP address).
• App usage and event data (e.g. game sessions started/ended, scores, ads viewed) used in aggregate to understand engagement.
• Approximate, coarse location derived from IP address (not precise GPS).

This data is collected by the third-party SDKs described below, not stored on our own servers.

2. Third-party services

The App uses the following Google services, each governed by Google's own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — to display advertisements (interstitial and rewarded ads). See How Google uses data.
• Google Analytics for Firebase — to measure app usage and ad performance in aggregate.

3. How the data is used

• To display and, where applicable, personalize advertisements.
• To measure aggregate engagement and ad revenue so we can improve the game.
• To keep the App functioning correctly and diagnose technical problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your consent and choices (EEA / UK / others)

Where required by law, before showing ads the App displays a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) so you can choose whether your data is used for personalized advertising. You can change or withdraw consent later via the Settings → Privacy options screen inside the App when available.

You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), or opt out of ad personalization there.

5. Children

OrbitDash is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention

Technical and usage data collected by the third-party SDKs is retained according to Google's retention policies. We do not maintain a separate database of user data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data relating to you, or to object to its processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
